AirLinks (“AirLinks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the AirLinks mobile application, website, and related services.

Depending on how you use AirLinks, we may collect:

- Profile photo
- LinkedIn information authorized by the user
- Precise location when required for nearby discovery features
- Usage and interaction information
- Device and technical information
- Purchase and entitlement information associated with Apple in-app purchases
2. How We Use Information

- Create and maintain AirLinks accounts
- Display and personalize profiles
- Help users discover and connect with nearby users
- Provide location-based discovery functionality
- Operate and improve AirLinks

3. Information Shared With Other Users
Information users choose to include in their AirLinks profile may be visible to other AirLinks users.

- Profile photo
- Job title and company
- School
- Graduation year
- Previous companies
- Biography
- Interests
- LinkedIn profile link
- Approximate proximity to other users
Email addresses are not displayed to nearby users.
4. Third-Party Services
AirLinks may use third-party services to operate the service, including:
- LinkedIn for authentication and authorized profile information
- Apple for in-app purchases
- Railway for backend infrastructure
- Neon for database infrastructure
- Redis for application infrastructure
These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Location Information
AirLinks may collect precise location information when users enable features that require nearby discovery.
Location information may be associated with a user's account and used to determine proximity to other AirLinks users.
Users can manage location permissions through their device settings.
6. LinkedIn Information
If a user signs into AirLinks using LinkedIn, AirLinks may receive information permitted through the authorized LinkedIn scopes, including profile and email information.
AirLinks does not retain the LinkedIn access token after the sign-in process where it is not required for continued operation.
7. Purchases
If a user purchases a subscription or other feature through Apple, AirLinks may receive information necessary to verify the purchase and determine account entitlement.
AirLinks does not receive or store the user's payment card information. Payment processing is handled by Apple.
8. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No electronic storage or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide AirLinks, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service.
10. Your Choices
Users can manage certain permissions, including location permissions, through their device settings.
Users may contact AirLinks regarding questions or requests involving their personal information.
11. Children's Privacy
AirLinks is not intended for children under the minimum age required to independently consent to use of the service under applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
